My background in architecture and interior design taught me how people move through and interact with spaces—skills that translate directly into creating websites where users can actually find what they need.
I specialize in user experience audits that uncover what's stopping your customers from taking action—whether that's booking an appointment, finding your hours, completing a purchase, or simply getting the information they need. Through market research, I help you understand what your audience actually wants, then I design and implement solutions on platforms like Shopify and Squarespace.

At Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform that helps businesses accept payments online, I focused on removing barriers that prevented small businesses from getting started. I redesigned identity verification and onboarding flows, reducing intervention rates by 70%; designed automated tax compliance tools that eliminated manual research; and championed "pre-fill first" principles to minimize data-entry friction. The work helped businesses complete their first transaction faster while maintaining regulatory requirements that protect both Stripe and its merchants.
